Early in China, people sewed the fabric with base cloth coated paste as interlining. In 1980, people began to use stiff resin saturated padding process continuous industrial production of resin collar interlining sewed with fabric as shirt stiff collar. In 1990, people used scrape powder and hot melt coating method produced initial fusing interlining. Several years later, Chinese imported the first glue point coating machine from Europe and began the production of modern fusible interlining.
Around 2000,we introduced a set of powder point coating machine and began the mass production of hot melt adhesive interlining. With the advancement of technology and Chinese interlining market matures, we entered the golden development period, gradually introduced double dot coating machines for mass production of hot melt adhesive interlining. From weaving to dyeing , pre-treatment and coating, we completed the whole industry chain gradually realize the localization and internationalization.
